About the role
We’re looking for a commercially minded and strategically driven Head of Marketing to lead our UK marketing function. This is a high-impact leadership role, sitting at the heart of our growth engine, with responsibility for shaping our brand, generating demand, and enabling our sales and client teams to win and retain business.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll own the marketing strategy, budget and performance across all channels, while leading and developing a talented marketing team. You’ll also work closely with our global marketing colleagues to ensure Incubeta’s brand and positioning are consistent, compelling and competitive worldwide.
This role is ideal for an experienced agency marketer who thrives in fast-moving, commercially focused environments and wants to make a visible impact at senior level.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Marketing strategy & growth
- Develop and deliver a multi‑channel marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, drives lead generation and supports client growth.
- Define clear positioning, messaging and target audiences across Incubeta’s service portfolio.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our marketing approach remains innovative and differentiated.
- Commercial ownership & performance
- Take full ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring spend is focused on high-impact, high‑ROI activity.
- Track, analyse and report on performance across all campaigns and channels.
- Use data and insight to continuously optimise activity.
