The Marketing Technology Operations Lead is the orchestrator responsible for operationalising the Marketing Technology capability across the commercial, solution, and delivery pillars. Your mission is to convert admin-heavy workflows into a scalable, automated engine, eliminating manual overhead by architecting automated backend workflows and self-service client interfaces (client-tier-dependent) that enable scalability.
You will own the Capability Roadmap and the 'Incubeta Way of Working,' ensuring that global delivery is consistent, proactive, and 'AI-first.' By enforcing rigorous commercial discipline - from automated price indexing to risk-based contract evaluation to automated cross and upsell opportunities - you ensure that Marketing Technology operations drive sustained profitability and seamless cross-capability growth.
- Automation & Workflow Design
- Partner with key stakeholders to architect and deploy automated backend workflows that streamline the end-to-end reseller lifecycle.
- Embed 'Transparency' into the operational architecture, ensuring data and margin visibility are automated features of the client experience.
- Develop a client-facing interface to automate administrative tasks and eliminate manual work for local client teams.
- Implement a group-wide ticketing system to provide efficient, high-fidelity support for long-tail reseller clients.
- Work closely with local markets to define the “Incubeta way” of servicing our Marketing Technology clients based on client tiering.
- Strategic Roadmap & Operational Excellence
- Own the Capability Roadmap, ensuring backend automation and cross-capability growth remain the primary engines for scaling the offering.
- Centralise the collection and distribution of thought-leadership, case studies, and best practices from global specialists to ensure a unified 'Single Voice.'
- Partner with HR to review and evolve job titles and role definitions within the capability, ensuring they are future-facing, inspiring, and aligned with an AI-outcomes agency.
- Partner with HR to drive cultural change by coaching regional leads and teams on the value of standardised automation, overcoming resistance to new ways of working.
- Monitor alignment with global delivery standards and escalate misalignments to regional leads for collaborative resolution.
- Collaborate with the COO to deploy and evolve the global operating model for Marketing Technology, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence across all markets.
- Commercial Rigour & Performance Tracking
- Develop standardised, real-time reporting frameworks that empower teams to monitor health scores and proactively convert client risks into growth opportunities.
- Equip the Global Director of Channel Partnerships with the data-driven insights and performance metrics required to optimise reseller relationships and secure the right partner-led funding.
- Establish a formal evaluation process for reseller opportunities, balancing payment default and cashflow risk against high-margin GP and cross-capability growth opportunities.
- Partner with the Capability Lead to operationalise 'smart' pricing frameworks that prioritise rapid cross-sell, promote “stickiness”, and drive market competitiveness.
- Establish and oversee a client maturity framework that monitors GMP Suite adoption to trigger automated upsell and cross-sell pathways, driving scalable growth across our capabilities.
- Standardise the inclusion of annual price index increases in contracts to ensure seamless execution while accounting for client nuances.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of pricing discipline to ensure that all client engagements remain aligned with profitability benchmarks.
- Monitor and optimise global capacity and skill sets to ensure resource allocation is aligned with client demand and group profitability.
