We're looking for a Senior Social Executive to own the optimisation and management of campaigns to the highest standard, driving strong results for clients. You'll be responsible for reporting and communicating performance effectively and insightfully, and on the small and medium accounts where you hold more responsibility, you'll take ownership of client success, satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth into other services.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, sharp analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate well with both clients and internal teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning day-to-day performance and client relationships, working with real autonomy, and building the platform for progression into Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the core principles and metrics of platforms and channels relevant to your client and channel responsibilities.
  • Build and launch high-quality paid media campaigns across relevant platforms, aligned with Incubeta best practices.
  • Monitor account performance regularly and conduct effective daily optimisations to continually improve performance and achieve or exceed goals, maximising GP alongside client goals on commission-based accounts.
  • Analyse campaign performance to diagnose the cause of trends, fluctuations, or issues, and implement solutions for improved results where possible.
  • Maintain consistent, effective control of ad spend across all accounts, ensuring no significant over or underspend of budgets.
  • Take complete ownership of day-to-day management and optimisation, driving strong account performance and strategy while ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
  • Oversee and feed back on performance on areas shared with junior members of the team, to ensure the best results.

Client Communication

  • Lead client communications within your area of responsibility, with clients viewing you as a reliable and trusted day-to-day contact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, with a polite and professional manner.
  • Ensure all communication is clear, concise, and tailored to the client's main focus and interest areas.
  • Reply to and action client requests in a timely manner, prioritising in line with urgency and client priority.
  • Provide insightful performance updates to clients, translating data points into insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Create basic automated reporting dashboards for smaller clients, and confidently make updates and tweaks as needed.

Innovative Approach

  • Demonstrate strong innovation across your accounts through effective rollout of new creatives, tests, betas, strategies, or tools to support performance, sharing learnings with the wider team.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new platform features and changes, testing these on relevant accounts.
  • Identify relevant new commercial opportunities for your accounts, starting conversations with clients on smaller accounts.
  • Utilise automation or other methods to improve performance and make time-consuming or repetitive tasks more efficient.
  • Maintain a proactive, client-first mindset, with good understanding of clients' businesses, industries, competitors, and relevant world news.

Team Collaboration

  • Proactively seek to grow knowledge and develop professionally, acting on feedback from managers and other team members.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with deadlines.
  • Communicate progress and challenges on tasks, flagging any potential issues with meeting deadlines in advance.
  • Prioritise workload effectively, with little support needed from managers.
  • Support junior members of the team in their knowledge growth, including answering questions, guiding them on tasks, and helping with training or mentoring.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience building, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose performance issues and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • A track record of owning client communication and relationships with confidence and professionalism.
  • Genuine attention to detail, particularly around budget control and account hygiene.
  • A proactive, test-and-learn mindset, with curiosity about new platform features, betas, and tools.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong personal organisation, with the ability to prioritise workload independently.

Why Join Us

  • Take real ownership of campaign performance and client relationships on your own accounts.
  • Work with a strong degree of autonomy, with minimal need for senior intervention to keep performance on track.
  • Be part of a team that values innovation, testing, and staying ahead of platform change.
  • Clear, defined progression path into Account Manager.
  • Contribute directly to team knowledge-sharing and the development of junior colleagues.

Our Package

  • Salary: We benchmark salaries against the industry to remain highly competitive. Salaries are regularly reviewed and progress alongside your development. Performance-related bonuses are also available.
  • Benefits: A flexible, credit-based benefits package including healthcare, pension contributions, gym memberships, and more.
