We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing Digital Media team, where you’ll take ownership of managing and optimising Paid Social campaigns across a portfolio of clients. This role is focused on delivering strong performance across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat, making it ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, strategy and analytical thinking.

You’ll work closely with specialists across multiple digital channels, giving you exposure to the wider digital marketing ecosystem and the opportunity to make a visible impact across a broad range of brands and industries.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and optimising Paid Social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.
- Building, launching and maintaining high-quality campaigns aligned with Incubeta best practices.
- Taking ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, with support from senior team members where needed.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analysing trends and implementing optimisations to improve results against client KPIs.
- Testing new audiences, creatives, campaign structures, bidding strategies and platform features to drive innovation and growth.
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, expand activity and support wider client growth objectives.
- Working closely with clients to deliver insightful updates, recommendations and strategic guidance.
- Collaborating with internal teams across creative, strategy and other media channels to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Supporting junior team members through knowledge sharing, mentoring and task support where appropriate.
- Supporting new business pitches and onboarding new clients when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns across one or more major social platforms.
- Strong understanding of Paid Social metrics, optimisation techniques and campaign objectives.
- Experience using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and curious mindset with a desire to test, learn and continuously improve.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management across multiple accounts.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing, social platforms and the wider digital landscape.
