We're looking for a Paid Search Manager to lead strategy, performance, and client relationships across a portfolio of paid search accounts. You'll combine deep platform expertise with strategic thinking to deliver measurable growth for clients while mentoring junior team members.
You'll work with a broad range of clients - from fast-growing SMBs to global enterprise brands - developing tailored strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring campaigns consistently deliver against performance goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strategy, testing new ideas, and using AI and automation to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities- Client Leadership
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and lead client calls
- Communicate performance insights, recommendations, and strategy clearly
- Provide proactive updates on campaign performance and opportunities
- Develop a strong understanding of client goals, markets, and competitors
- Paid Search Strategy & Campaign Management
- Lead the strategy, setup, and optimisation of paid search campaigns
- Develop testing roadmaps to drive ongoing performance improvements
- Analyse performance data and translate insights into action
- Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure campaigns meet client goals
- Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging trends in paid media
- Driving Growth
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through expanded scope or new services
- Contribute insights and strategy to new business pitches
- Support the development of innovative tools, solutions, and approaches
- Team Leadership
- Mentor and support junior team members in their development
- Provide feedback and guidance on campaign work and strategy
