Creative has never mattered more, or changed faster. As media buying becomes more automated and platforms give every brand the same targeting tools, creative is one of the few levers a brand still fully controls—and the quality of the work has a direct effect on every pound spent on media. At the same time, AI is transforming how creative is made, tested, and scaled. Brands now require far more assets across diverse formats and channels in record time, without diluting what makes them distinctive. The brands that succeed bring craft, data, and technology together. That is what Incubeta does, and you will lead that transformation for your clients.

As Creative Client Partner, you are the client’s first call, trusted advisor, and voice inside Incubeta. You know creative capability inside out: what great work looks like, how AI is unlocking new creative workflows, and how to prove the direct impact of creative on sales. Growth is how this role is measured. You will turn one-off projects into long-term strategic partnerships, leverage the wider Incubeta ecosystem across Media, Data, and Tech, and operate with the ownership and autonomy to drive real change. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Primary Outcomes

  • Excellence: Ensure all creative work is strategically sharp, beautifully crafted, and proven to drive measurable business results—reinforcing Incubeta's standing as a high-performing partner.
  • Client Centricity: Position Incubeta as a true strategic partner and an extension of the client's team, rather than a transactional production supplier.
  • Business Profitable Growth: Maintain stable, trusted, and commercially healthy client relationships that expand in scope, value, and profitability across Incubeta capabilities.
  • Team Development: Build a high-performing, empowered engagement team that is clear on client priorities and recognized among the best in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership: Own the overall health, strategic direction, and leadership of client relationships, aligning the work and team with client business goals.
  • Partner with the Creative Strategist to shape, challenge, and sharpen insight-led creative strategies before client presentation.
  • Review and approve activation plans, ensuring creative is seamlessly integrated with Media, Data, Measurement, and Tech.
  • Prioritize initiatives across projects, establishing clear creative KPIs, success metrics, and baseline alignments with client leadership.
  • Anticipate where client brands, categories, and marketing landscapes are heading, bringing forward innovative ideas—including AI-powered production workflows—to keep them ahead.
  • Feed client and market insights back into the agency to help evolve Incubeta's creative service offerings.
  • Client Relationships & Communication: Serve as the principal relationship owner and trusted strategic advisor clients rely on first.
  • Lead all client and partner interactions, including status updates, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and senior stakeholder forums.
  • Build and scale influence across client brand, marketing, e-commerce, and procurement teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client brands, commercial objectives, audiences, and marketing calendars to proactively mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Partner with our Global teams to align on creative standards while respecting unique local market requirements.
  • Delivery Oversight & Escalation: Oversee end-to-end delivery quality in close partnership with Programme Managers (milestones and schedules) and Creative Project Managers (resourcing, production, QA).
  • Maintain strict governance across all project phases, check-ins, wrap-ups, and formal client sign-offs.
  • Manage client-side inputs (assets, briefs, approvals) and reset expectations early if client delays impact critical delivery paths.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point, resolving friction and disagreements swiftly while maintaining healthy boundaries around timeline adjustments.
  • Make authoritative internal decisions on scope and change requests, partnering with senior leadership on major commercial negotiations or contract shifts.
  • Client Growth & Creative Impact: Manage client portfolios with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking commercial accountability for account profitability and long-term retention.
  • Articulate the commercial impact of creative work using performance metrics, test-and-learn data, and media effectiveness results.
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities across Incubeta capabilities (converting projects to retainers, introducing AI-scale production, cross-selling Media, Data, and Tech).
  • Collaborate with Sales Leads and Pricing Committees to build strategic account plans, pitch winning creative work, and draft high-impact case studies and award entries.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project pods (Creative Strategists, Creative Project Managers, and Programme Managers).
  • Provide clear strategic direction, set performance expectations, and conduct structured performance reviews.
  • Foster an inclusive culture of craft, accountability, experimentation, and cross-departmental collaboration across Incubeta.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record leading senior client relationships and driving commercial growth within an agency or creative consultancy environment.
  • Deep understanding of modern creative production, performance creative, brand storytelling, and emerging AI-driven creative workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect creative output to media performance, audience data, and commercial business outcomes.
  • Commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing account P&Ls, scope negotiations, retainers, and organic upsells.
  • Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional creative, strategy, and delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decision-makers across brand marketing, performance media, and procurement.
  • A collaborative mindset adept at bridging creative with media, analytics, and ad-tech capabilities.
