We're looking for a Senior Digital Experience Executive to take full ownership of the flawless execution of digital experience workstreams, bridging the gap between foundational support and tactical management across search optimisation, reactive digital PR, and content performance. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing complex technical audits alongside fast‑paced media outreach. By monitoring real‑time search trends and the media agenda, you’ll ensure client digital footprints are both technically sound and narratively compelling. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning technical and creative execution end‑to‑end, working with real autonomy, and using the full DX tool stack to uncover insights that drive commercial value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Technical Execution
- Bring deep executional expertise across SEO and reactive PR, ensuring all content is optimised and integrated within a cohesive digital experience.
- Independently lead complex technical audits, diagnosing issues related to crawling, indexing, and site architecture.
- Manage on-page optimisations and visibility workstreams across traditional search and emerging discovery platforms.
- Monitor the daily news agenda to identify newsjacking and reactive PR opportunities, executing high-quality outreach including media list building and drafting persuasive pitches for international and local outlets.
- Maintain a proactive, client-first understanding of clients' businesses, industries, competitors, and relevant world news.
- Support the development of organic growth roadmaps by identifying content gaps and user journey friction points that impact conversion.
- Data, Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into traffic fluctuations and keyword trends using GA4, Google Search Console, and third-party research suites.
- Own the tracking of all Digital PR and SEO activity, ensuring the wider team has full visibility of results against set KPIs at all times.
- Assist in preparing client reports that translate technical data and media wins into clear business outcomes, focused on revenue and risk.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and platform changes, reacting to these on relevant accounts.
- Demonstrate strong innovation and a curious mindset across clients, sharing learnings with the wider team.
- Collaborative Delivery
- Partner closely with the Digital Experience Manager/Director on Tier 1 accounts to ensure tactical execution aligns with the high-level strategic vision.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as translation networks or freelance contributors, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and time standards.
- Play an active role in client meetings, reporting on workstream progress and confidently explaining technical or creative recommendations.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through clear, tailored communication and timely, prioritised responses aligned to their interests and urgency.
- Mentorship & Professional Development
- Act as a mentor for junior Executives and Associates, providing guidance on technical tasks and sharing best practices for outreach and analysis.
- Champion the use of AI and automation tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Gemini) for workflow efficiency, while maintaining a critical eye on quality and accuracy.
- Proactively seek to grow knowledge and develop professionally, acting on feedback from managers and other team members.
- Consistently deliver high-quality results by effectively prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines with minimal managerial oversight.
What We're Looking For
- Proven, hands-on experience across technical SEO and reactive digital PR, with genuine executional depth rather than oversight only.
- Confidence running complex technical audits (crawling, indexing, site architecture) independently.
- Strong analytical skills using GA4, Google Search Console, and third-party research/media tools.
- A sharp eye for the news agenda and the judgement to spot and act on reactive PR opportunities quickly.
- Experience translating technical or media data into clear, commercially relevant client narratives.
- Some experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
- A proactive, low-supervision working style, with strong ownership of timelines and quality.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging discovery platforms, balanced with critical judgement on quality.
Why Join Us
- Own technical and creative delivery across a varied, high-profile client portfolio.
- Work with real autonomy on complex, fast-moving workstreams spanning SEO and digital PR.
- Access the full DX tool stack, including Screaming Frog, GA4, and leading media databases.
- Partner closely with senior Digital Experience leadership on Tier 1 accounts.
- Clear progression path toward Digital Experience Manager.
