We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to sit at the intersection of creativity and business impact within Incubeta's Creative Team. You'll blend strategic storytelling with creative excellence, helping clients and prospects understand not just what great creative looks like, but why it works, how it drives results, and how Incubeta's solutions fit into their wider marketing mix. You'll be responsible for inspiring and commercially growing our creative clients and prospects, while acting as a key leader in creative - growing our creative capability and market awareness across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning creative strategy end-to-end, leading high-value client conversations, and building a best-in-class creative practice with real commercial weight behind it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Innovation
    • Develop integrated creative strategies that are business-outcome driven, tying creative to growth, engagement, and performance.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation, leveraging AI and automation across creative clients and prospects.
    • Ensure all creative strategies are relevant to and aligned with client objectives and their audiences.
    • Take, review, and where successful, roll out innovative concepts and campaigns more widely.
    • Set the standard for market-leading creative, visible across clients and the wider industry.
  • Growth & Performance
    • Lead commercial conversations and identify opportunities to upsell additional services or expand the scope of existing services to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.
    • Leverage your network for lead generation through relationship-building, event attendance, speaking opportunities, and content creation.
    • Use your expertise to support the new business team in developing winning pitch strategies.
    • Collaborate with other teams to help them sell creative services to their own clients.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the strategic voice in client conversations, presenting creative solutions alongside the business rationale and data story behind them.
    • Frame creative recommendations in terms of business impact and value creation, not just marketing theory.
    • Support Project Managers and Traffic in balancing predictive planning against immediate delivery needs and long-term creative roadmaps.
    • Prioritise markets, campaigns, and creative routes based on financial impact, resource cost, and return potential.
    • Distil complex data and creative trade-offs into executive-level messaging for ExCo or client leadership.
    • Ensure clients get the best experience from Incubeta across quality, service, and value.
  • Team Leadership
    • Set, model, and maintain a team culture focused on curiosity, growth, and innovation, encouraging knowledge sharing, collaboration, and proactive idea generation.
    • Identify and support opportunities for team members to excel outside their day-to-day roles, where this benefits their career progression and the wider business.
    • Ensure managers within the team are effective and supported, and that all team members are engaged, high-performing, and progressing against their career goals.
    • Inspire wider team members with Incubeta's creative offering and how they can champion it.
    • Collaborate with creative experts across the group to ensure global standardisation where possible.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience developing integrated, business-outcome-driven creative strategy at a senior level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of identifying and closing upsell or new business opportunities.
  • Confident, senior-level stakeholder and client management skills, including comfort presenting to ExCo or client leadership.
  • Ability to translate creative and data trade-offs into clear, business-relevant recommendations.
  • Experience leading, developing, and getting the best out of a team.
  • A strong network and personal profile within the creative/marketing industry.
  • Genuine interest in how AI and automation are reshaping creative practice.
  • A track record of building market-leading creative propositions, not just delivering campaigns.
