We are looking for an experienced Client Director to lead strategic client relationships within our Digital Media Activation team. This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for setting strategic direction, delivering integrated digital solutions, and ensuring outstanding results for our clients. As a trusted advisor, you will work across paid media, creative, data, and measurement to develop and deliver integrated strategies aligned to client business objectives. You will be accountable for client success, commercial growth, and the leadership and development of high-performing, cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of clients, primarily leading large, strategic accounts while also providing consultative support across a wider portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy
- Set and lead integrated, data-driven digital strategies aligned to client business objectives
- Provide expert strategic advice across paid media, creative, data, and measurement
- Define success through clear objectives, KPIs, and testing and measurement frameworks
- Ensure best-practice approaches and continuous optimisation across all client work
