You’ll champion Social internally and externally, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform changes and industry best practice, while working closely with the Head of Social to ensure alignment with the overall Social strategy and contribute to the ongoing development of the wider Social team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys operating as a genuine channel expert, shaping Social strategy across a client portfolio, and building a profile as a thought leader in the space.

- Ensure your client portfolio embodies Social best practices and understands the measurable value of Social activity
- Regularly review accounts to ensure activity is maximised, high-quality, and aligned with best practices
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Social best practices in collaboration with the Head of Social

- Foster a culture of innovation and learning within the team, ensuring learnings are shared and implemented effectively
- Collaborate with other Social experts to ensure global standardisation and best practice sharing
- Lead independently on Social-related troubleshooting projects for your client portfolio
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across your client portfolio, acting as a Social expert
- Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on insights, trends, and recommendations for Social
- Showcase the value and opportunities of Social activity to your client portfolio
- Support Client Directors across their client portfolio on Social-related projects, troubleshooting, and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven, deep specialism in a major Social platform, with genuine subject-matter authority rather than generalist paid social experience
- A track record of embedding best practice and driving measurable value across a multi-client portfolio
- Confidence operating as a visible expert externally, through thought leadership, speaking, or content
- Strong testing discipline, with experience building testing roadmaps that feed into broader client strategy
- Experience mentoring team members and contributing to best practice development across a wider function
- Comfort working closely with Client Directors as a specialist partner, not the primary client contact
- Genuine curiosity about platform change and emerging Social technology, tools, and strategy
Why Join Us
- Own genuine subject-matter authority on a major Social channel across a varied client portfolio
- Build external visibility and thought leadership as a recognised expert in your specialism
- Work closely with the Head of Social to directly shape the wider Social strategy and best practice framework
