Deliver platform guidance, training, and troubleshooting through client calls, emails, and screen-sharing sessions. Provide clear, practical recommendations that translate complex technical concepts into accessible insights. Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring a high standard of service and partnership.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with Consultants and Senior Consultants to deliver a consistent and high-quality client experience. • Confident and comfortable working directly with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Able to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulae and pivot tables.
