The Role
We’re looking for a Client Director to join our growing Digital Media Activation team, where you’ll act as a strategic partner to a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of integrated digital marketing solutions. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, driving commercial growth and ensuring exceptional performance across Incubeta’s media, measurement, creative, data and technology capabilities. You’ll have the opportunity to shape client strategy, influence business outcomes and lead high-performing teams while helping clients unlock growth opportunities and maximise value from their digital marketing investments. You’ll work closely with specialists across multiple disciplines, giving you exposure to the full digital marketing ecosystem and the opportunity to make a visible impact across a broad range of brands and industries.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing integrated, data-driven strategies aligned with client business objectives and Incubeta’s broader value proposition
- Defining clear KPIs, measurement frameworks and testing plans to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable results
- Embedding a culture of testing and innovation to optimise performance and uncover new opportunities
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and proactively addressing business challenges
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and becoming the primary point of contact for your clients
- Developing a deep understanding of client businesses, industries, audiences and marketing objectives
- Monitoring account performance and confidently communicating insights, recommendations and results
- Working closely with internal teams across media, creative, data and measurement to deliver integrated solutions
- Overseeing project management across accounts to ensure work is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
- Identifying opportunities to expand client activity, grow revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships
- Supporting new business pitches and contributing expertise to winning growth opportunities
- Building your professional network through events, content creation and industry engagement
- Leading, mentoring and developing team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous growth
- Providing clear feedback and conducting performance reviews to support individual development

- Proven experience managing senior client relationships within a digital marketing or media environment
- Strong understanding of Paid Media and the role it plays within integrated marketing strategies
- Experience developing strategic recommendations that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying growth opportunities and managing client conversations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong project management and organisational skills across multiple workstreams
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
