The Role

We’re looking for a Data Integration Director to lead the strategic development, innovation, and client delivery of our feed and product data offering across digital marketing channels. This role is designed to elevate feed management from a purely technical function into a commercially driven, strategic capability that powers performance across paid media, SEO, marketplaces, social commerce, and emerging AI-driven environments.

You’ll act as the bridge between technical feed execution and broader client marketing strategy, helping clients understand the true value of product data as a driver of growth across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft, and beyond.

Working closely with Client Directors, technical developers, and activation teams, you’ll shape strategic roadmaps, lead innovation initiatives, and ensure feeds are embedded into wider business and marketing conversations rather than treated as an isolated technical task.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial strategy, client leadership, innovation, and team development in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams across Marketing Intelligence, Activation, and SEO
  • Clearly communicate the strategic value of feeds and product data in a confident, commercially focused, and engaging way
  • Translate complex technical feed work into clear business outcomes and actionable recommendations for clients
  • Work closely with Client Directors to ensure feeds are integrated into wider client strategies and storytelling
  • Act as the senior escalation point for feed strategy, implementation, and performance across client accounts
  • Provide proactive updates, strategic recommendations, and innovation opportunities to clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, product catalogues, operational challenges, and growth priorities

Feed Strategy & Data Integration

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic feed frameworks that support broader marketing and business goals
  • Ensure feeds are optimised across multiple platforms including Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft, and emerging commerce channels
  • Own strategic planning and testing roadmaps to identify opportunities for performance improvement and feed innovation
  • Ensure technical feed hygiene and operational excellence while prioritising activity based on strategic and commercial impact
  • Partner closely with developers and account teams to project manage tactical feed updates and enhancements effectively
  • Review account activity regularly to ensure feed performance is maximised and aligned with best practices
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement and evolution of feed management best practices across the business
  • Drive initiatives around real-time stock management, local inventory integrations, and connecting online and offline product data
  • Analyse feed performance and product data trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations

Innovation & Growth

  • Define and champion the role of product feeds within an AI-driven marketing landscape, including AI Overviews, PMAX, and Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns
  • Drive the evolution from a Google-first approach to a true multi-platform feed strategy tailored to each channel’s ecosystem
  • Explore, test, and implement new feed technologies, tools, and automation opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance through smarter feed architecture and workflows
  • Support the development of innovative activation strategies that improve campaign performance and commercial outcomes
  • Contribute strategic feed expertise to new business opportunities and client growth initiatives
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments, automation capabilities, and emerging commerce technologies

Team Leadership

  • Mentor, support, and develop team members across feed management and wider activation teams
  • Design and deliver training programmes to improve feed knowledge and confidence across the business
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages curiosity, experimentation, innovation, and cross-channel learning
  • Provide clear feedback, guidance, and strategic direction to team members
  • Ensure learnings, insights, and best practices are shared effectively across teams
  • Support the continued development of internal processes, frameworks, and operational excellence
  • Help build a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the Marketing Intelligence function

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience working with product feeds, feed management platforms, and eCommerce data strategies
  • Proven ability to develop and lead feed strategy across multiple digital marketing channels
  • Strong understanding of Google Merchant Center, PMAX, Meta Commerce, TikTok Shop, Pinterest, Microsoft, and related ecosystems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail into commercial impact
  • Experience working closely with technical developers, activation teams, and senior client stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on performance improvement and innovation
  • Experience mentoring or developing team members
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities for clients and the wider business
  • Strong understanding of automation, AI, and the evolving digital commerce landscape
  • Highly organised with excellent project management and prioritisation skills

Why Join Us

  • Play a leading role in shaping and evolving a growing data integration and feed management proposition
  • Work across a diverse portfolio of ambitious clients and industries
  • Lead innovation across AI, automation, product data, and multi-platform commerce strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing Intelligence, SEO, Paid Media, and Development
  • Influence wider agency strategy and thought leadership around feeds and commerce
  • Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking, and high-performance digital team
