About the Role: We are a growing UK recruitment business placing talent across multiple sectors. As we expand our client base, we are looking for an experienced, self-driven Business Development Manager to join us on a commission-based arrangement. - Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Negotiate terms of business and manage the full sales cycle independently
- Collaborate with our recruitment delivery team to ensure an excellent client experience

- Strong communication and commercial negotiation skills
- Confident managing your own pipeline without day-to-day oversight
What’s on Offer:
- Earn a strong, competitive percentage of gross profit on every deal — paid promptly on collected revenue.
- Fully Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere in the UK. You manage your own time, diary, and working style.
- Demonstrate consistent results and a fast-track to Commercial Director is a real and active option.
- CRM access, job boards, and a delivery team behind you — so you can focus entirely on winning business.
A note on this role: This is a commission-based position, structured as a self-employed engagement. Compensation is performance-driven with no basic salary. This model is best suited to an experienced BDM with a strong professional network, who is confident in their ability to open doors and wants their earnings to reflect the full value of what they bring. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
