As a D365 Business Central Presales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Business Central knowledge and expertise to drive high‑profile D365 projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with the sales team to qualify for new opportunities
- Work with prospects and existing customers to understand their strategic goals, priorities and business requirements
- Create and lead solution demonstrations to prospects and customers
- Contribute to RFIs, RFPs and ITTs to produce high‑quality sales proposals
- Enable the commercial team to better understand the Microsoft product set and its application in varying scenarios
- Support go‑to‑market activities such as developing packaged offerings, whitepapers, product videos and industry‑specific solutions
- Participate in company marketing activities such as webinars, forums and user groups
- Build relationships with key technical and sales contacts within the Microsoft community.
We're seeking a passionate team player with the following qualifications:
- Dynamics 365 BC consultancy or presales experience
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics BC
- Experience in building and configuring engaging solution demonstrations.
- Experience of at least one of the following ISVs - Continia, Tasklet for WMS, Insight works, Dynaway, Jet or Cosmos reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong requirements‑gathering skills
- The ability to create high‑quality written proposals and functional documentation.
- Experience in Warehousing, logistics or manufacturing verticals is desirable
- Knowledge of legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365/NAV versions is desirable
- Knowledge of Azure and the Power Platforms is desirable.
