We are Incredible Kids Derby, operating purpose-built day nurseries in Derby and Ashby de la Zouch that cater to children aged 12 weeks to 5 years. Our nurseries are dedicated to fostering early years development through exploration, creativity, and positive experiences within extensive indoor and outdoor play areas. We pride ourselves on upholding strong ethical, environmental, and moral values while working in close partnership with parents to provide individual care and support in a safe and inspiring environment.

You've got to love working with kids and be motivated to cater to their unique needs
A relevant and recognized childcare qualification is a must, along with a solid grasp of EYFS, Development Matters, and safeguarding guidelines
Proven experience in the childcare sector is essential; you know your stuff and it shows
Health and safety are top priority—you're committed to maintaining high standards and aren't afraid to follow policies and procedures
You're proactive about your professional practice and always looking to grow and develop
A clear enhanced DBS check and two solid references are required—integrity and trust are key
