The Diocese of Rochester is seeking a Stewardship Manager to grow generous giving across parishes and diocesan teams. Working with the Finance Director, archdeacons, clergy and parish leaders, you will embed stewardship into ministry and funding decisions.
You will train and inspire clergy and lay leaders, develop practical resources, and lead parish giving reviews using data-driven approaches to increase sustainable support for mission.
