The Next Generation Lead will join our team, helping to grow and develop our ministry with children, young people and families, both within the church and across our parish. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about seeing children and young people know Jesus, grow in faith as disciples, and find a genuine sense of belonging within the life of the church.
The Next Generation Lead will lead and develop our children's and youth teams and programmes, build strong links with local schools and the wider community, and support families in encouraging faith and discipleship at home — pioneering new ways to share the love of Christ beyond the church doors.
