Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey. We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Warehouse Associate. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business.

The Warehouse Associate is accountable, under direct supervision, to fill customer order requirements with strong team coordination and follow-through abilities to complete the full cycle of receiving, stock put away, picking, packing, stocking, documenting, and shipping customized orders, accurately and expeditiously. This fast-paced position consistently requires a high volume of productivity; with strong attention to detail to variances in product identification; ability to accurately understand and follow written specifications; perform data entry; and follow customized requirements, with trained knowledge of quality standards, and customer specifications.

About you

  • Educated to National Vocational Level (NVQ) or equivalent (EU)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics is preferred, or equivalent business or Information Technology experience
  • Minor studies in Information Technology is a plus
  • Must have 2-4 years of business or I.T. experience
  • Demonstrated experience working as a collaborative team member, within a multi-discipline environment
  • Proven ability to perform root cause analysis to discover the real causes to reported problems, enabling stakeholder awareness and understanding to drive successful outcomes
