We are currently seeking an exceptional relationship manager to join us as Supplier Account Manager (Derby). As Supplier Account Manager, you will manage the relationships of our suppliers, working with them to provide first-class service, ensuring the needs of our customers are understood and managed within our organisation. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, relationships are at the heart of our business and we are therefore looking for an exceptional, persuasive and adaptable professional to join us. You will be the person dealing with any escalations, issues or concerns and will take ownership of building supplier relationships – building trust and monitoring performance. Central to this role is driving our suppliers for On time Delivery in Full (OTIF), with Quality and Safety at the forefront of all deliverables to support the customer needs. About You You will be exceptional at relationship management, and managing supplier expectations will be at the heart of everything you do. You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of problem solving and overcoming roadblocks. A strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems is a must for this role. We are interested in people from all backgrounds and experiences of working in a Supply Chain management position where excellence is at the heart of what you do. We are especially interested in hearing from those candidates who have worked in the Aerospace, Manufacturing or Production sectors. Travel is expected so you must be able to drive and commit to visiting the supply chain that you will be aligned to.
