We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join us at our site in Derby.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain day‑to‑day running of the warehouse day‑shift.
- Drive operational performance, supported by and accountable for a team of Department Managers.
- Ensure all operational areas function efficiently, safely and in line with Incora, customer and statutory obligations.
- Deliver warehouse operations cost‑effectively through ongoing monitoring, review, and analysis of KPIs focused on productivity, efficiency and service performance.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive initiatives and implement best practice to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Significant, demonstrable experience in warehouse management in a high‑volume environment.
- Ability to demonstrate improvements to processes and an awareness of warehouse Health & Safety legislation.
- Solid background in people management capable of influencing teams to drive performance.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
