Warehouse Operations Controller

Shift: Monday – Thursday (4pm – 2am)

Location: Derby (DE24)

Salary: £25,759 + shift premium

We are looking for an Operations Controller to join our Twilight Warehouse team at our site in Derby. As an Operations Controller you will provide support within the Warehouse Operations Team to ensure quality and delivery targets, process adherence and customer expectations are met to the highest standard. You will utilize all Incora\’s operational systems to raise and resolve issues ensuring the team’s performance is optimized. Additionally, you will deliver training in line with training schedules, ensuring two‑way feedback via regular one‑to‑one coaching sessions and take responsibility for various reports in line with KPIs. You will need a flexible approach, undertaking Warehouse duties as required, and deputizing in the absence of the Team Leader to ensure team performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous Warehouse experience
• Basic administration experience
• Experience of manual handling
• Good computer literacy
• Good communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Standard level of numeracy and literacy
• Desirable: Supervising a team experience
• Desirable: Train the Trainer certification
