Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey! We are currently seeking a customer service professional to join us as a Customer Program Manager at our site in either Crawley or Mirfield (West Yorkshire) for a fixed period of 12 months. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the account for two major contracted customers, undertaking orderbook management, quoting on products and responding to customer requests to maximise customer potential and manage growth to support our Sales function.
- Manage and maintain the customer relationship, communicating with them on a regular basis as well as contributing to quarterly reviews.
- Manage KPI and reporting metrics including on‑time delivery, quality metrics and other contractual performance data.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders from our SIOP team to our Warehouse operation to ensure aerospace parts are moved through our Supply Chain to reach the customer in a timely manner.
- Provide first‑class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed within our organisation.
Qualifications
- Background in aerospace/aviation with strong supply chain knowledge.
- Experience managing customer relationships perhaps in a Sales or Account Management position would be desirable.
- Motivated self‑starter with excellent attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to work confidently using your own initiative.
