We are looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to work out of our customer site in Derby. As the leading supply chain solutions business in aerospace, our customers are at the heart of our business. This role will support the Incora customer team by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer needs are understood and managed.
Responsibilities
- Provide first‑class customer service to the customer site.
- Ensure customer needs are clearly understood, documented, and managed.
- Maintain the Incora footprint at the customer site at required levels.
- Identify any part shortages and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
- Resolve customer queries by engaging a range of stakeholders to reach a swift conclusion.
- Work a 3‑week rotating shift pattern: 06:00‑14:30, 14:00‑22:30, 20:00‑06:30.
Qualifications
- Exceptional initiative and the ability to build long‑term relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven track record in a B2B customer service role, with strong negotiation skills.
- Comfortable conducting and contributing to meetings with the customer.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
- Passion for our values and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Background or interest in aerospace, manufacturing or logistics is desirable.
