Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey. We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as JDE Application Support Analyst (hybrid/remote). The IT function is responsible for the provision, development and support of IT infrastructure based on a workload centric strategy, to provide excellence in Information Technology solutions and services that will facilitate the vision, objectives and goals of Incora.

The JDE Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne applications within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of JDE modules and business processes, ensuring that applications are operating efficiently and addressing any technical issues or system improvements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with users to troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and assist in system updates or enhancements.

About the job:

  • Provide day-to-day support for JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Assist with testing, debugging, and implementing application fixes and enhancements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for JDE users, addressing technical issues or system inquiries.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams for successful system maintenance and updates.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all application-related issues, resolutions, and changes.
  • Generate reports and metrics on system performance and user support activities.
  • Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Liaise with JDE developers and technical teams for any customization or development efforts.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure seamless communication between business and IT.
  • Analyze and identify areas for improvement in JDE applications and business processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications (preferably in multiple modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, HR, etc.).
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of JDE architecture, configuration, and integration with other business systems.
  • Knowledge of JDE development tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL, database queries, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in conducting end-user training and documentation.
