Our Incora Story is really taking off – we would love you to join us for the journey. We are currently seeking a customer service professional to join us as a Customer Account Co-Ordinator (Derby). As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business.
As a Customer Account Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Order book review, ensuring it is up to date to match performance with output.
- Performing root cause analysis and investigating any delays.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to drive corrective actions.
- Analysing data sets to identify insights and patterns that inform broader business intelligence and drive decision making.
- Liaising with our customer (Rolls Royce) and internal stakeholders to ensure aerospace parts are moved through our Supply Chain in a timely manner.
About You
You will be proactive, manage your own time, have excellent attention to detail, be resilient, and work confidently using your own initiative. Understanding and actioning customer requirements will be at the heart of everything you do. Knowledge of using ERP/MRP systems and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and charts) are a must for this role.
