We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Stock Controller to join us at our site in Derby. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for material handling processes from delivery of product to receipt by the customer, ensuring customer service, quality, and business requirements are met.
- Perform ‘scan and replenish’ of parts to achieve stock availability targets, set up storage locations and mediums in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain high levels of communication with the customer, both face‑to‑face and through Teams, responding to urgent parts requests and locating stock.
- Use a company van to deliver parts to other customer sites across the UK.
- Work a rotational shift pattern including days, afternoons, nights and on‑call duties after training.
- Take advantage of enhanced annual leave and bank holidays counted as normal working days.
- Require a full, clean UK driving license.
