We are seeking a customer service professional to join us as a Customer Account Co-Ordinator (Derby). As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business. You will be part of the Supply Chain Operation Management Team and be responsible for the day-to-day customer and supplier interaction between internal and external customers, managing critical shortages, and mitigating gaps in the supply chain to meet customer build line targets. You will perform root cause analysis and investigate delays accordingly, and liaise with our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure aerospace parts are moved through our Supply Chain to reach the customer in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day customer and supplier interactions between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage critical shortages and mitigate gaps in the supply chain to meet customer build line targets.
  • Perform root cause analysis and investigate delays accordingly.
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure aerospace parts move through the Supply Chain to reach the customer timely.

About You

You will be proactive, manage your own time, have excellent attention to detail; be resilient, and able to work confidently using your own initiative. Understanding and actioning customer requirements will be at the heart of everything you do. Knowledge of using ERP/MRP systems and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and charts) are a must for this role. We are interested in people from all backgrounds where excellence is central to what you do; we are especially interested in those with experience working in supply chain. An understanding of operations within supply chain is an advantage. Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.
