Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey! We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Contract Integration Project Lead on a fixed term basis for 12 months. As a Contract Integration Project Lead you will take overall responsibility for the integration and execution of new contracts typically leading on one larger project whilst supporting the wider team on others. This typical 12 week cycle involves liaising with both the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure 'go live' dates are met.

To succeed you will coordinate associated supply‑chain planning activities ensuring the ordering, delivery and setup of inventory, storage media or equipment is processed correctly. Additionally you will provide regular detailed reports on implementations to the wider team, management and other invested stakeholders whilst contributing to the tracking of progress on all new contracts and review accordingly with internal Incora stakeholders in an appropriate forum. Due to the global reach of our business this role will require travel throughout the EMEA region as and when required.

About You

You will have previous, demonstrable experience in a customer facing role with experience managing projects to strict deadlines. Ideally you will have experience using ERP systems. You will be a strong communicator both written and verbally with a natural ability to influence. Additionally you will be comfortable leading on update meetings with stakeholders from across the business. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity. Ideally you will be based within commutable distance to our Mirfield site however, we will consider candidates from other locations on a hybrid or remote basis. Ideal candidates will also be in possession of a valid UK driving license for any regional/national based travel.
