Our Incora Story is really taking off – we would love you to join us for the journey. We are currently seeking a proactive and empathetic HR Advisor to join our HR team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, based in Derby with hybrid working.
About You
You will be a confident communicator, calm and diplomatic with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR Advisor role, ideally across multiple sites. You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and have a strong background in employee relations, data analysis, and current employment legislation. Empathetic and professional, you will be comfortable managing complex cases and navigating sensitive issues. Intermediate Excel skills are an essential part of this role and you will have an ability to manipulate data and identify trends.
Your role
As HR Advisor, you will be the go-to person for all things employee relations. You will manage:
- Absence, disciplinaries, investigations, grievances, performance including probation, and flexible working
- Policy guidance, writing and updating
- Data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends
- Complex Employee Relation cases, including those involving equality legislation
You will play a key role in supporting our workforce and navigating the challenges of a changing recruitment landscape. Agility and adaptability are essential, as priorities can shift quickly.
We are interested in hearing from those candidates qualified to Level 5 CIPD, with 3 years' proven experience of working in a HR Advisor role, ideally within the industrial sector and with experience of working across multiple sites.
