We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join us at our site in Derby. As a Warehouse Operations Manager you will maintain the day to day running of the warehouse day-shift, driving operational performance supported by and being accountable for a team of Department Managers, ensuring that all operational areas function efficiently, safely and in line with Incora, customer and statutory obligations.
Additionally, you will ensure warehouse operations are delivered in a cost-effective manner, through ongoing monitoring, review and analysis of KPIs with a focus on productivity, efficiency and service performance. You will identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive initiatives and implement best practice to maintain operational excellence.
About You
You will have significant, demonstrable experience in warehouse management in a high volume environment. You will be able to demonstrate experience of making improvement to processes and an awareness of warehouse Health & Safety legislation. We are interested in those with a solid background in people management, capable of positively influencing teams to drive performance and deliver results whilst also focusing on coaching and development opportunities for a wider team. You will have strong financial acumen and an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
