We are looking to recruit a Department Manager to work as part of our Warehouse team at our site in Spondon (Derby). As a Department Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the team’s performance, specifically achievement of quality and delivery targets, process adherence and the relationship with internal and external customers.

You will conduct and attend regular team meetings to review performance and update current progress against operational targets ensuring customer expectations are met in full. Managing a team of Warehouse Associates, working in collaboration with our HR function to ensure accurate management of your team's time and attendance. Monitoring local Health & Safety performance ensuring both company and statutory policies are adhered to.

About You

You will have previous demonstrable experience in a supervisory role within a logistics/warehouse environment. You will have high attention to detail and be able to manage and prioritise your workload effectively. Ideally you will have some experience working with 5S standards. Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.
