We are currently seeking a fantastic Data Coordinator to join us at our site in Derby. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our customers are at the heart of our business.
As a Data Coordinator you will work alongside the customer facing team to be the voice of Incora providing first-class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed within our organisation. Initially, your role will be to provide administrative support to the wider team through inbox management, providing aftermarket customer service on a range of queries from requests to expedite shipments to overdue orders. You will also work with internal functions to escalate shortages and ensure the on time delivery of product to the customer. This entry level role is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop a career within an evolving organisation with excellent training provided to help you understand stock levels, shipments and order allocations. Once fully trained, development opportunities will allow you to work in more detail with ERP systems, Excel and data reporting.
About You
You will be customer focused by nature, with an ability to communicate professionally and effectively in written form. You will possess a positive, can do attitude with a readiness to work in a global, fast paced, dynamic working environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and have gained some data entry experience in a previous role. Due to future development opportunities you will be motivated to learn more and ideally be comfortable using Excel, knowing your Pivot Tables from your vLookups.
