Customer Stock Controller page is loaded## Customer Stock Controllerlocations: Derby, United Kingdomtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR104759**We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Stock Controller to join us at our site in Derby.**As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.As a **Customer Stock Coordinator,**you will be responsible for all of the material handling processes from the point of delivery of product through to receipt by the customer ensuring that customer service, quality, and business requirements are met to the highest standards.This will involve a \βscan and replenish\β of parts to ensure stock availability targets are achieved as well as the setting up of storage locations and mediums to ensure they adhere to the agreed company standards.This varied role will also see you have high levels of communication with the customer both face to face and remotely via Teams, responding to requests for urgent parts and locating stock.You will also be required to use a company van to deliver parts to other customer sites across the UK.**About You**You will have some previous experience of working in a **logistics** or **warehouse** environment as well as some experience of i**nteracting with external customers**.You will be **flexible** enough to work a **rotational shift pattern** that will include a mixture of **days, afternoons and nights** as well as being \βon call\β on a rotational basis after a period of training has been completed.
