We are currently seeking a strong communicator to join us as a Commodity Buyer (Spondon/Hybrid).
As a Commodity Buyer, you will be responsible for managing supplier quotations. This includes conducting price benchmarking and being responsible for creating and implementing commodity strategies. Able to build strong relationships with an understanding of how to reduce costs; you will be confident and able to work using your own initiative whilst providing a first-class service to internal and external stakeholders.
About You
You will be a solution-focused problem solver, resilient and analytical; able to gather data in Excel that will be used for contract renegotiation. You will be a self-starter, able to work confidently, building and maintaining strong relationships with your suppliers. We are looking for individuals with at least two years’ experience in purchasing, we are particularly interested in those who have worked in the aerospace, automotive or medical industries. Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.
