Join us in shaping better homes and stronger communities. We’re seeking an experienced Joiner to carry out high-quality repairs and improvements across our customers' homes. We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district. Our purpose is to provide high quality homes, services, and support to our customers, so we’ve worked with colleagues and customers to find out what’s important to them. Responsibilities include:
- Carry out joinery repairs and general maintenance to our properties to the highest standard.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent qualifications.
- A full current driving license is essential and must be able to drive manual vehicles.
- Relevant, enhanced experience in joinery maintenance works including working at heights on ladders.
- Experience should include site work, refurbishments, day to day maintenance, fitting kitchens and door locking mechanisms.
- A basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for the successful candidate as part of the pre-employment process.
