We are currently recruiting a Project Support Officer to join us on a fixed term contract. This is a key role, providing administrativesupport across project delivery, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and alignment with project objectives. The role supports planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities to facilitate successful project outcomes.
Contract Type: Temporary (until 31 March 2027), subject to funding approval.
Important Note:
Funding for this role has been secured until 31 March 2026. While there is an acknowledged need for the role to continue beyond this date, continuation into the following year will be subject to our formal budget approval process.

Duties include:
- Maintain and update project plans, ensuring deadlines and milestones are tracked.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, highlighting key updates and risks.
- Organise and manage project documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Act as the first point of contact for project queries, ensuring timely responses.
- Draft and circulate meeting minutes, capturing key discussions and action points.
- Assist in preparing presentations and briefing materials for leadership teams.
- Coordinate feedback loops to ensure stakeholder input is captured and actioned.
- Maintain risk registers, tracking potential issues and mitigation plans.
- Ensure project activities align with governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Support audit and assurance activities by preparing relevant documentation.
- Monitor project budgets, flagging discrepancies and supporting financial reporting.
- Track resource allocation, ensuring teams have the necessary support to meet objectives.
- Maintain oversight of project-related expenses, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
