We are currently recruiting an ICT Infrastructure Manager, responsible for the ICT Infrastructure services including Windows Server infrastructure, cloud services and applications.

Responsibilities:
- Guide a team to implement, manage, and support the organisation's ICT infrastructure services.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Windows servers and services, Citrix, and cloud-based services.
- Ensure the secure and efficient operation of Windows Server infrastructure, cloud services, and applications, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Hyper-V, Citrix Hypervisor, Exchange Online, File & Print, and Desktop Virtualization (Citrix Cloud Hybrid).
- Manage technical projects to develop, implement, and maintain technology-based systems.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the IT infrastructure through strategic projects.
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Backup procedures for server infrastructure and cloud data recovery.
- Play a key role in the procurement process for new solutions and services.
- Provide professional advice to contribute to the selection of the most effective and cost-efficient IT solutions.
- Proven experience in effectively managing and leading teams to achieve objectives.
- Ability to motivate and guide team members toward common goals and objectives.
- A track record of fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Expertise in project requirements gathering and delivery management.
- Experience working in an IT infrastructure-related role.
Due to the nature of this role, there would be a requirement to be in the office frequently and be within commutable distance to attend at short notice. A basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for the successful candidate as part of the pre-employment process.
Salary: £54,098 up to £59,172 per year depending on experience
