We are currently recruiting a Change Communication Coordinator to join us. You will ensure that organisational changes are implemented successfully by keeping all key stakeholders informed, engaged and aligned with the new direction, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
Contract Type: Temporary (until 31 March 2027), subject to funding approval.
Important Note:
Funding for this role has been secured until 31 March 2026. While there is an acknowledged need for the role to continue beyond this date, continuation into the following year will be subject to our formal budget approval process.

Duties include:
- Team up with programme teams to make sure communication supports key changes.
- Help colleagues understand what’s changing and how it affects them.
- Act as a go-between for leaders and colleagues, keeping messages clear and consistent.
- Listen to feedback and use it to improve how change is communicated.
- Keep leaders informed with regular updates that are open and easy to follow.
- Work closely with different teams to keep messaging consistent across the organisation.
- Develop communication plans that fit each change initiative.
- Identify key people affected by the changes and ensure they get the right information.
- Write and design communication materials like emails, presentations, intranet updates, and newsletters.
- Pick the best ways to deliver messages so they reach the right people.
- Check how well communication is working and make changes if needed.
- Keep an eye on employee engagement and use feedback to improve messaging.
- Follow best practices to ensure communications help the change process run smoothly.
