As a Business Development Manager, you will support the creation and delivery of local Financial Services Strategy in line with the Businesses 3-year strategic plan. In this role, you will build strong relationships across the internal business teams, customer and supplier base to deliver the financial targets and product expansion plans for Financial Products & Services in the Region.
Responsibilities
- Create, drive and support the delivery and ongoing Management of the UK and European Financial Products and Services strategy in support of the businesses 3-year plan.
- Management of existing UK and European programmes.
- Drive the expansion of existing programmes through InComm’s business partners.
- Creation of annual budgets and deliver against them.
- Experience of P&L management and responsibility.
- Proactively target and secure New Business opportunities in line with strategic plan.
- Creation and presentation of financial/commercial models for new products or services gaining appropriate approvals with InComm senior leaders as required.
- Regular and timely reporting of financial performance and new business pipeline.
- Constantly strive to improve process and efficiencies in conjunction with your line management.
- You will work closely with colleagues from within the UK and European team, as well as with colleagues within our Design, Product Management, Technical, Fraud and Operations teams.
Qualifications
- 5 years similar experience, ideally from within the Gift Card, prepaid or payments industry.
- Commercially astute and strategic thinker.
- Results focused.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Business and commercial Development skills.
- Ability to build relationships with Partners, Customers and Colleagues to achieve the Business Goals.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels.
- Build high levels of trust as the Financial Products & Services SME.
- Excellent presentation and commercial modeling skills.
- Ability to travel in the UK and Europe as and when required.
