Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, negotiation, and integration planning.
- Build robust financial models, investment cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic and capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and materials for internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external investors.
- Manage cross-functional due diligence efforts involving legal, tax, finance, operations, and business teams.
- Track industry trends, competitor movements, and macroeconomic developments to identify strategic opportunities.
- Support funding and capital structure planning in collaboration with the internal finance team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investment banks, advisors, potential partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with business units to identify, assess, and drive both organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- 7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, valuations, private equity, management consulting, or in-house corporate development roles.
- Demonstrated track record of executing M&A transactions and managing cross-functional deal processes.
- Strong experience in business and industry research, strategic analysis, and investment case development, including both primary and secondary research.
