This role sits at the centre of SPARK TSL’s technology strategy, with a real opportunity to influence how we design, modernise, and scale our platforms across healthcare, travel, leisure, and public venue markets. A key part of the role will be building a cohesive, resilient development function — one that delivers consistently through strong collaboration, modern engineering practices, and shared ownership, rather than reliance on individual “heroes.”
Purpose and impact: Technology that genuinely improves lives and supports critical services. This is a role where delivery excellence directly underpins commercial success, customer trust, and long-term sustainable growth. This is not a purely technical management role. You’ll be a visible leader within the business, responsible for setting direction, driving accountability, and ensuring that development, QA, Product, and Operations work together to deliver consistent, end-to-end customer quality.
