We're a team of around 22 based in Cardiff, small enough that your work gets noticed, and part of a larger software group that gives us stability.Why this role mattersLetting agents trust us with their clients' money. This role keeps their accounts accurate, their payments on time and their month-end running smoothly, so they can focus on running their business with confidence.What you'll doKeep clients' account information up to date and reconcile their bank statements in agentOSProcess payments for clients, including payment files, invoices and payments to organisations such as HMRC and the Deposit Protection ServiceChase outstanding arrears by phone, email, text and letterPrepare client statements and help clients through their month-endHelp clients stay compliant, flagging any risks you spotTrain clients on agentOS, including setting up new accounts clientsCheck in on how clients' accounts are doing, rather than waiting for problems to come to youWhat we're looking forYou don't need experience in accounts or lettings. We'll train you.
