  • As a BDR at Incode, you’ll be on the frontlines of our go-to-market strategy—identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential prospects that will become our next enterprise customers. Your outreach will spark conversations with leaders at some of the world’s most influential companies, and your work will directly power pipeline growth. Partnering closely with Account Executives, you’ll lay the foundation for revenue expansion and category leadership
  • Prospecting at Scale – Research and identify high-value prospects across assigned industries and territories
  • Multi-Channel Outreach – Engage target personas through calls, email, social, and video to initiate meaningful conversations
  • Personalized Engagement – Leverage data, intent signals, and company tools to tailor outreach that resonates
  • Qualification Excellence – Assess prospects for need, budget, authority, timeline, and fit—ensuring only high-quality SQLs move forward
  • Pipeline Acceleration – Book discovery and demo meetings, creating a seamless handoff to Account Executives
  • Account Strategy Collaboration – Work hand-in-hand with AEs and Sales Leadership to refine outreach and messaging
  • Data Discipline – Track all activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accuracy, visibility, and forecasting integrity
  • Target Achievement – Consistently hit or exceed monthly quotas for SQLs, outreach activity, and pipeline contribution

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound prospecting and SQL targets
  • Experience with outbound sales tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, LeadIQ, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound-focused role
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech sales is a plus
