Technical and Regulatory Manager – Circa £55,000 plus package – Hybrid/East Midlands – 1-2 days per week onsite We are currently on the hunt for an accomplished Technical and Regulatory Manager to come and support the Head Compliance for a leading client of ours. You will play a central role in upholding regulatory standards, staying abreast of all relevant laws and regulations, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with the Assurance team and other departments. As a recognised technical expert, you will drive the enhancement of internal processes, lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, and stay on top of evolving regulations that could affect business operations. Your passion for compliance will be pivotal in ensuring the organisation meets its obligations in areas such as AML, regulatory affairs, and assurance. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the Head of Technical & Compliance to implement and maintain the System of Quality Management (SoQM). Collaborate with the Assurance team to embed audit methodologies into everyday practice, meeting both internal and external quality benchmarks.
