Job Purpose: Content Marketing Manager – Building brand awareness and trusted thought leadership for Inclusive Employers. You will develop ABM‐aligned content, drive organic growth, and collaborate across marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the content strategy across the buyer journey – awareness, consideration, decision.
- Create SEO and AEO optimised content in blogs, whitepapers, guides, LinkedIn posts, email nurture, webinars.
- Develop and manage keyword, SEO, and AEO strategy for organic visibility and traffic growth.
- Plan and deliver thought‐leadership webinars, managing full lifecycle – promotion, event, post‐event reporting.
- Manage corporate LinkedIn presence – daily posting of articles, carousels, polls, videos, commentary.
- Ensure all content reflects brand voice and aligns with customer insight from social listening.
- Support ABM pilot – create sector‐specific, persona‐based content tailored for targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to align SEO content with PPC, retargeting, and campaign performance data.
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, SurferSEO) to enhance ideation, keyword research, and production while maintaining editorial quality.
- Report and track ROI and performance of content activity – engagement, organic traffic, MQL influence, pipeline contribution metrics linking outputs to lead generation and revenue outcomes.
- Manage freelance writers or content partners when needed to scale output efficiently.
Requirements:
- Track record of delivering measurable results and organic growth through B2B content marketing, ideally in consulting, training, or professional services sectors.
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable delivering to KPIs, interpreting data, and translating insights into actions.
- Strong writing and editing skills – solid understanding of on‐page SEO, AEO, keyword optimisation, and content structuring for search intent.
- Experience managing LinkedIn content strategies and developing thought‐leadership campaigns that deliver tangible results.
- Good working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and analytics dashboards.
- Skilled in using AI writing and optimisation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, HubSpot AI) to enhance efficiency and insight.
- Experience implementing ABM principles and strategy – persona mapping, account clustering, industry positioning, sales alignment.
- Experience using HubSpot for content planning, email campaigns, and performance tracking.
