About our Associates
- Base: UK Based – our Associates deliver consultancy and training both virtually and in person.
- Skills & Experience: proven experience of working within sports organisations delivering inclusion and diversity initiatives.
- Associate Rates: variable depending upon assignment.

Being an Associate with Inclusive Employers
We work with a community of trusted Associates to deliver high-quality training and consultancy services on an assignment-led ad-hoc contract basis.
Inclusion and Diversity – The Assignments
Our Associates support us on ad-hoc assignments delivering Inclusion and Diversity training, facilitation and/or consultancy services with confidence, credibility and warmth. Assignments may include Online and Face-to-Face interventions such as Workshops, Webinars, In-House and Consultancy Projects.
To be considered for our Associate Pool you must demonstrate a broad range of skills and competencies within Inclusion and Diversity, including training and/or consultancy. This recruitment round requires evidence of delivering these within the sports sector.
- Deliver learning interventions: a wide range of training, learning and development interventions with an engaging, informative and convincing style to a wide range of audiences, face-to-face and virtually.
- Consultancy solutions: comprehensive, specialist and practical inclusion and diversity expertise and solutions to employers across the sports sector on issues ranging from strategic to tactical and operational.
Associate Key Principles
- You are a Limited Company – all new Associates must operate as a registered UK limited company and are responsible for managing their own tax and legal obligations.
- You are in control – as an Associate you work independently and are not part of our internal team or day-to-day supervision.
- Each assignment stands on its own – scope, deliverables, timeframes and rates are agreed separately in writing.
- We set the fee structure – we periodically review and may revise our fees to remain in line with market rates.
Requirements
- Person Specification: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills – skilled in building rapport with various clients and working with individuals from a wide range of organisations and at different levels of seniority.
- For Training / Facilitation: highly developed presentation and communication skills, including experience delivering engaging Inclusion and Diversity training to a wide range of commercial audiences, including sports organisations, and writing clear and concise reports.
- For Consultancy: experience delivering inclusion and diversity consultancy solutions or strategies within complex sports organisations, from analysing issues using qualitative and quantitative data through to recommending best-practice solutions, piloting interventions and evaluating success.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and its implications for different organisational activities and employment.
- In-depth and current understanding of inclusive best practice as it applies to the workplace and within the sport sector.
- An inclusive approach and value set – we share a common belief in fairness and inclusion.
