This is a build, shape and elevate opportunity. The HBP Group, a £14m, 100+ employee tech-led business, is looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking Head of Finance to step into a newly created role and take the function to the next level. You'll be joining a business with real heritage (founded in 1991), strong leadership, and ambitious growth plans, including future M&A.

What you'll be doing
- Owning the finance function end-to-end
- Producing and improving monthly reporting
- Building stronger controls, processes and audit readiness
- Developing a brilliant, loyal finance team
- Driving better use of Sage Intacct and automation
- Introducing clear divisional reporting and insight
- Identifying efficiencies, savings and commercial opportunities
- Supporting strategic growth, including potential acquisitions
