We are recruiting a highly skilled Program Manager for a pivotal 6-month fixed-term contract based in Sheffield . This critical role will lead the next phase of a state-of-the-art manufacturing and warehouse site development while overseeing major upgrades to an existing facility. Role Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-impact site fitout, transforming a newly built shell into a fully operational manufacturing and warehousing hub. Manage a multi-million-pound program budget and timeline, ensuring all safety, operational, and quality milestones are met. Serve as the key liaison across internal teams, contractors, local authorities, and third-party stakeholders – negotiating and influencing to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Drive top-level program planning, coordinate internal project owners, and mentor them through the creation and execution of individual project charters.
