Consulting is excited to partner with a well-established, fast-paced PLC to recruit a Regional HR Business Partner on a 13-month fixed-term contract. This is a highly visible, front-facing role supporting multiple regions across Yorkshire and the North West.
You’ll play a key role within a collaborative team, working closely with senior stakeholders including Regional Directors and Managing Directors, and contributing to board-level discussions. This is a varied and hands-on generalist role, supporting a broad range of ER casework while also partnering with managers to embed strong people practices and drive performance across the regions.
This role would suit either an experienced HR Business Partner, or a highly experienced and progressive Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step.
- Provide end-to-end HR support across multiple regions, managing a wide range of employee relations cases including absence, investigations, grievances, and appeals.
- Coach and support managers to confidently lead on people matters, ensuring best practice and employment law compliance.
- Act as a trusted HR presence within regional leadership teams, attending board meetings and providing commercially focused HR guidance.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Regional Directors and Managing Directors.
- Support proactive talent mapping and succession planning processes, working with leadership teams to identify and manage performance, retention, and potential.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team, supporting activity across different regions as required.
- Promote a proactive HR approach, embedding HR as a valued and visible function across the business.
- Some travel across regional sites, with flexibility to manage your own schedule and priorities.
Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally at Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level. Strong employee relations knowledge, with confidence in advising on a wide range of cases and coaching managers. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across regions. Comfortable working autonomously while remaining closely connected to the wider HR team.
Salary up to £43,000 plus a generous car allowance and fuel card for business travel. 13-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to start as soon as possible.
